A 40-foot container has a length of over 12 meters, with a height and width of about 2.5 meters. Once in the harbor, the cargo is cleared, which means that the customs formalities upon entry of goods into the EU are completed. The container is then loaded onto a truck. \u201cIt is ideal that Gelder Logistics also takes care of the administrative tasks. We therefore have no worries about that. Short lines and quick switching. In the past, we worked with another party and then we had significantly more work on the transport than now with Gelder Logistics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On the subject of package transport, the transport broker has partnerships with reputable carriers. \u201cFor our package transport, we are currently looking at the possibility of an automatic link from the CRM. That is a nice job, where you still have to work hard with about 8 men. To help our own people with this task, we have sometimes used an employment agency. That was not a success. The temps found the work too heavy and left again. That did pose a challenge!\u201d A call to the transport broker proved to be the solution. \u201cWithin 10 minutes, 3 people were on their way and together we had the container empty on time! I called Sebastian immediately for the week after.
